Ptosis

A rare, transient drop of the eyelid or brow after Botox.

Ptosis after Botox results from a temporary balance shift between treated and adjacent muscles. It typically resolves on its own in 2–6 weeks. Management options include compensatory injections and oxymetazoline drops. Physician follow-up is essential.
