The between-the-brows zone — Botox's most common indication.

The vertical "11 lines" between the brows deepen with frowning. Botulinum toxin reduces these muscles' activity. Over-dosing or mis-targeting can cause brow drop or a "spock" brow; experience and dose titration are critical.
